How many of you have taken an emotional hit this past year? My emotional wellness has been put to the test numerous times in the past 12 months. From almost losing my husband to losing two uncles to Covid to raising teens, it has been a tough year. Our spiritual health, our emotional health, and our physical health are not separate, but connected. When one suffers it impacts the other areas. I spent the last year connecting with people over Zoom, leading a Bible study joy journaling class at a local coffee shop, and reaching out to friends and family through text and phone calls. I recognize the severe decline in mental and emotional wellness and it is taking a toll on the lives of many people.
As a JOY lifestyle coach and aromatherapist, I help my clients overcome emotional and mental blocks. I empower my clients with tools to help them build resilience and increase productivity by incorporating essential oils, prayer, and lifestyle changes to support the whole body.
