  • Coconut water for replenishment and hydration
  • To relax
    • Homemade Relaxing Mama Massage Oil

                            OR

    • Lavender Essential Oil mixed 1:3 (1 drop essential oil, 3 drops carrier oil).
    • Massage legs, arms, shoulders, back, temples, and neck
  • For nausea
    • Peppermint Essential Oil
      • Place 1 drop into hands. Cup over mouth and nose and Inhale deeply and exhale 5 times. OR inhale directly from bottle
      • 1 drop on tongue or add to water
