First Stage Cheat Sheet

  • pregnant momLight snacks (fruit, nuts, raw vegetables) or light meal
  • Coconut water for replenishment and hydration

    To help promote labor:

    • Homemade Labor Blend

      • Apply clockwise on stomach

      • Apply on back, little toes, little fingers

      • Massage on inside of ankles

  • To relax:

    • Lavender OR Frankincense Essential Oil: Place 1 drop in palms. Rub together. Cup hands over nose and mouth. Inhale deeply through nose counting up to five and exhale through mouth counting to five. Repeat 5 times. OR Inhale directly from bottle OR to diffuse add 6-8 drops to diffuser.

    • Gentle Baby Essential Oil Blend: dilute 1:3 (1 drop essential oil, 3 drops carrier oil). Apply on abdomen, feet, lower back, face, neck area, ankles and hands OR diffuse. This is wonderful for the coach too!
