Tisha’s Gluten-Free Protein Flour Blend

This is my go-to flour blend for non-yeast based baked goods like muffins, cookies, quick breads, and pancakes. It adds a nice flavor and added protein! I don’t recommend this flour for hight and fluffy baked goods like cakes or cupcakes. You can use it but the results will be dense and heavier than a lighter blend. enJOY!

Tisha's GF Protein Flour Blend

Ingredients:

BIG BATCH
5 cups Tisha’s Gluten-Free All Purpose Blend
5 cups oat flour (I blend rolled oats until fine flour)
5 cups almond flour (blanched or meal)

SMALL BATCH
2.5 cups Tisha’s Gluten-Free All Purpose Blend
2.5 cups oat flour (I blend rolled oats until fine flour)
2.5 cups almond flour (blanched or meal)

Steps:
1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended.

2. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
