Tisha’s Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend

I use this blend to replace whole grain all-purpose flour.   This blend is good for yeast-based breads, thickening sauces, cookies, muffins, pancakes, and pretty much whatever I used gluten-flour for in recipes. .

9 cups brown rice flour
3 cups oat flour (I use rolled oats and blend them until it becomes a fine flour)
2 cups tapioca starch/flour
4 cups potato starch

4 1/2 cups brown rice flour
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1 cup  tapioca starch/flour
2 cups potato starch


1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended.

2. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
