Tisha's Millet-Flax Flour Blend

Ingredients:

BIG BATCH
6 cups millet flour
3 cups brown rice flour
4 1/2 cups tapioca flour
1 1/2 cups flaxmeal
 or ground flaxseeds
6 Tbsp potato flour (not potato starch) – OPTIONAL

SMALL BATCH
3 cups millet flour
1 1/2 cups brown rice flour
2 1/4 cups tapioca flour
1 1/4 cups flaxmeal or ground flaxseeds
3 Tbsp potato flour (not potato starch)-OPTIONAL

Steps:

1. Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended.

2. Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.
