I love Chai Tea Lattes. So I created a recipe that I could drink daily to get my immune support while I enjoy a warm cup of my favorite tea. Thieves vitality essential has clove and cinnamon essential oils which pair well with the spices in a chai blend. I love the strong, spicy taste it gives to my chai tea. I feel good about drinking this warm cup of goodness. I not only support my body’s natural defenses, but I also get to enjoy my favorite tea guilt free! Make yourself a cup and see how good natural wellness can taste! enJOY!

Ingredients:

1 Double Spice Chai Black Tea bag (I use STASH)
1-2 drops Thieves vitality essential oil
2 oz warm almond milk, frothed (or milk of choice)
6 oz boiling water
1-2 tsps raw honey

Steps:

  1. Pour boiling water over tea bag.
  2. Cover and let steep covered for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bag.
  4. Add 2-3 drop of Thieves vitality essential oil to raw honey and stir well into hot tea.
  5.  Mix well with a spoon.
  6. Add frothed almond milk and swirl into tea. If you don’t have a frother, just add warm milk to tea and stir.
  7.  Sip and enJOY.
