DEAR ALLISON
When people think of Christianity,
Some think it is an easy road.
For if Jesus is living in our hearts,
The trials should be of old.
On my journey through my “Tickle Challenge”
A new cyber friend stopped to write.
“Is the Lord testing me?” she asked.
For the trials were coming left and right.
At school her son’s life was threatened
How does a mom handle that fear?
She carries a heavy heart and asks,
“Where are you Lord?” with eyes filled with tears.
But as if that was not enough damage,
Along came another blow so strong.
Dear Allison’s husband was diagnosed with a brain tumor
With no certainty that he will live long.
In a flash her life changed completely
She takes time to cherish moments each day
From her bustling home to her husband’s snoring
Trying hard to be strong and to pray.
With no income Dear Allison searched for work
To support all her family’s needs
God blessed her to start work in July
He is our Provider, our Help, indeed.
Right now her family is very much in need
Of prayer, finances, encouragement, and love.
Please take a moment to visit with her on her blog
And be the light of Christ from above.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart,
and you will find rest for your souls.
Matthew 11:28-29
May you find peace and rest, Dear Allison.
You and your family are in my prayers.
Your Cyber Friend in Christ,
Tisha
