According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and other resources, the top 10 most dangerous chemicals in our homes are found in air fresheners, chemical cleaning products, drain cleaners, dishwasher soaps and even beauty supplies.



I honestly had no idea what I was exposing my body to on a daily basis. And with six kiddos living in my home, I wanted to be intentional about reducing the toxin load as much as possible. We do the best we can with what we have and over the past three years, we have been able to join millions of people who have taken active steps to reduce their chemical exposure. And after six kids and many years, I feel better today than when I was in my 20s and I haven’t looked back.



After lots of research and education over the years, I have learned how toxins can negatively affect our bodies.
