Each one of my six labor and delivery experiences were so different. I went in with a birth plan and expectations but everything didn’t go EXACTLY as planned. My ultimate goal was to have a safe, drug-free labor and delivery and that meant being educated and ready.

Bradley Method

With our Bradley Class and a little added research, we felt equipped to handle the unplanned things that can happen during labor and delivery. Even when my water broke, when we reached the 24-hour window after my water broke, or when my labor wasn’t progressing fast enough, we remained calm because we knew what our options were and how to handle things in the safest way for me and our baby. I gave birth to all six of my children using all-natural childbirth with no complications or regrets.

To the Next Level

During my sixth pregnancy, I took my all-natural childbirth experience to a whole other level. I  discovered essential oils. I researched high and low to find the best essential oils on the market and how to use them safely during my pregnancy and delivery. Little did I know that I uncovered bottles of gold as I implemented essential oils into my daily prenatal routine. My labor and delivery experience was AMAZING and DRUG-FREE primarily because I was focused, relaxed, and comfortable.
