Stress is on the rise! A 2014 Stress Study found that 77% of people reported physical symptoms due to stress and 73% reported psychological symptoms due to stress. What kind of symptoms? I am a victim of stress. Stress creeps up on us and the next thing we know, we have an ache here, a twitch there, and we are doing everything we can to get to the next minute. Stress is inevitable, but we don’t have to let it take over our lives. Let’s kick stress to the curb!
