Essential Oils

Rockin’ R.C.

Rockin RC

Ahhh…spring is in the air. I always look forward to the first day it is warm enough to open the back door, walk out on the deck, and take in a deep breath of fresh air. The weather is warming up here, the sun is shining, and my sweet 5-year old boy is searching high and low in our back yard for little flowers to bring to Mommy.  He had to go deep into the forest to find mommy flowers today. What a sweetie! spring flowers

allergies-womanWith all this wonderful spring beauty comes spring sniffles!  I am so grateful that we have Young Living R.C. essential oil blend that has been my saving grace when my respiratory system is irritated.  I have had amazing results by applying or diffusing R.C essential oil. The eucalyptus aroma is very refreshing and soothing. Whether you are a seasoned essential oil user or new to essential oils, Young Living R.C. essential oil blend is a must-have!

Powerful Oil Blend

RC oil

Young Living’s R.C.™ Essential Oil is a powerful blend of Spruce, Cyprus, and three types of Eucalyptus oils (E. globulus, E. radiata, and E. citriodora). I have shared this oil with friends and family and they love it. This oil is ROCKIN’.

Uses

Here are some great ways to use R.C.:

weights

Rub on your chest and back of neck directly before, during, or after your morning workout routine. The energetic aroma works to keep you motivated when you hit the weights, treadmill, bike or your favorite exercise class.

  • Combine with your favorite carrier oil and apply to your feet or back for an invigorating, spa-like massage.
  • Apply R.C.oil to your chest and wrists in the morning and allow the robust scent to perk you up when the demands of life require you to be out earlier than usual.
  • Keep a small bottle of R.C. with you to inhale as needed for soothing relief or for a quick pick-me-up while on the go.

shower head

Place a few drops in a hot bath or shower and allow the warm water to calm and soothe you while the oil diffuses with the steam for an invigorating and empowering experience.

  • For adults, I dilute 1:2 =1 drop of R.C. essential oil with 2 drops of carrier oil (olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil) and rub it on my cheekbones, forehead, back of neck, and chest. To diffuse, add 4-8 drops to your diffuser and run for 30 minutes at a time.

It is that time of year where the seasonal irritants are in the air! I have a difficult time with sensitivities to pollen, dust, and other irritants that cause itchy eyes and sinus discomfort. But not more closed windows here! I am equip with my R.C. on hand to use anytime I feel the irritation coming on. I LOVE how quickly and effectively R.C. works. It is actually quite amazing!!! Enjoy the outdoors! Naturally support your respiratory system with R.C. Blessings.
