This time of year I get a lot of questions for natural support options using Young Living essential oils to help relieve seasonal irritants, stimulate the immune system, and open up bronchial airways. You will be pleasantly surprised at how much control you have over your health. Here are some of my seasonal favorites from the starter kit:
🌼RC or Raven – dilute 1:1 and apply to chest and sinuses, diffuse
🌺LLP-Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint 2 drops of each ratio added to a 6 drops of carrier oil. Apply to sinuses, chest. Diffuse.
🌲Thieves – This helps support the respiratory system while boosting your immune system. Diffuse. Dilute 1:4 and apply to back of neck and bottom of feet. I like to diffuse this with lemon. For an extra boost add Frankincense and lemon to the mix.
👃I also like to use a saline rinse to help flush out the sinus cavity from allergens. https://amzn.to/2LsVvLq
Use your oils daily to help support a healthy body. Apply your oils before things get crazy. I always carry my “seasonal” oils with me on the go and I have a set at home. The more accessible they are, the more likely I will use them. As soon as I feel a tickle, I am ready to attack.

It is very good to wash the nose with saline. I did it when I caught a cold. But I did not use essential oils, I’ll try how it works. We need to prepare for the cold season. Here I found tips on how to use natural remedies of colds healthdarts.com
