We are in the thick of the winter season and this time of year always brings those seasonal discomforts! I love creating different natural remedies to support our bodies. Giving our body what it needs to boost up our immune system can shorten the time we are sick. And sometimes, boosting our immune system can help our body fight so we don’t get sick in the first place.
I love Chai tea. I really LOVE Chai Tea Lattes! So I came up with a recipe to add a little wellness to my Chai Tea so I have an excuse to drink it every day! But with the goodness that goes into each cup, I don’t have to feel guilty about drinking this one every day!
My Wellness Chai Tea Latte starts with a double spice chai black tea. I add a splash of frothed almond milk, a teaspoon of raw honey, and two to three drops of Thieves Vitality essential oil. Thieves not only adds wellness to my tea, but it also adds a nice, fresh pop of spice from cinnamon and cloves! Young Living Vitality essential oils are GRAS, Generally Regarded As Safe for consumption. See why I LOVE Young Living Essential Oils.
Thieves vitality is a blend of Lemon, Clove, Eucalyptus Radiata, Cinnamon Bark, and Rosemary essential oils. These ingredients work together to support overall wellness and support of a healthy immune system. That is why it is one of the most popular essential oils from Young Living. I LOVE Thieves. I use it daily and it has been my go to for immune support! If you don’t have Thieves in your daily routine, it is time to start!

I just made this recipe on Sunday for my husband who was under the weather. He enjoyed it and he isn’t really a tea drinker 🙂 Yahoo!

Tisha! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. I love raw honey on days when I’m not feeling so great. I like to wait till the tea is not too hot so it doesn’t cook the honey. I’ve never added frothed milk of any kind. That sounds divine! Love your fantastic tea recipes.
